We are currently looking for a Process Engineer/Senior Engineer for a leading player in the E&E ndustry for their expansion. This company has a legacy of more than 80 years in the world. This position requires your urgent attention.

Process Optimization & DOE: Lead Design of Experiments (DOE) and other analytical methodologies to pinpoint critical variables and establish optimal process windows.
Quality & Six Sigma: Resolve complex manufacturing hurdles using DMAIC and conduct capability studies to verify that assembly processes consistently meet technical requirements.
NPI Transition: Establish clear criteria for moving new cable designs from prototype phases into high-volume manufacturing.
Root Cause Analysis: Conduct detailed incident investigations using an integral approach (Manpower, Method, Machine, Material, Measurement) to implement lasting corrective actions.
