Key Accountabilities:
Ensure EHS compliance, safety culture, and 5S excellence in paint operations. Lead paint defect troubleshooting, RCA, and corrective/preventive actions. Monitor paint line KPIs, quality performance, and process stability. Manage pretreatment (Zinc Phosphate) parameters, titration, and paint testing standards. Validate new paints, chemicals, surface treatments, and technologies. Conduct process audits, maintain documentation, and train operators on quality standards. Drive cost optimization, chemical optimization, and cycle-time improvement projects. Lead cross-functional teams for equipment performance, NPI support, and process efficiency. Academic & Experience:
