Process Engineering Intern

We are seeking a motivated and hands‑on Production Intern to join our team. This role provides practical, on‑site exposure to manufacturing operations, quality control, and continuous improvement activities. You will work closely with production engineers and Operators to support daily operations, analyse performance data, and implement efficiency improvements.

Key Responsibilities

• Support daily production operations and shop floor activities to achieve production targets while ensuring compliance with EHS and 5S housekeeping standards.
• Assist in identifying and implementing process improvement initiatives (Kaizen, Lean, 5S) to enhance productivity, quality, cost efficiency, and safety.
• Collect, consolidate, analyse, and validate operational and production data (e.g. yield, cycle time, downtime, reject rates, energy data) and transform it into actionable insights.
