About the Role
Core Tasks
Support process improvement, optimisation and troubleshooting activities on production lines.
Assist with trials, data collection, design of experiments and evaluation of results.
Help develop and update SOPs, work instructions and process documentation.
Contribute to problem‑solving activities by identifying variations, defects and root causes.
Support qualification trials for new products, materials and equipment.
Collaborate with Process Engineering, Production, Quality and R&D teams on assigned tasks.
Assist with sustainability initiatives such as waste and energy reduction studies.
Other Supporting Tasks
Provide general technical support across departments when requested.
Assist with laboratory testing, sample preparation and basic data interpretation.
