Position Summary
Responsible for monitoring, maintaining, developing and improving the production process to manufacture the product efficiently while adhering to the metrics defined by Parker.
Responsibilities
- Production support through continuous improvement in main activities.
- Create/Update work instructions and standard worksheets for manufacturing processes.
- Monitor assigned area metrics.
- Coordinate engineering evaluations.
- Improvement in production processes.
- Follow-up to PPAP / Experimental / To Dos.
- Maintain route card updates.
- Follow-up on rejections and process problems.
- Comply with the requirements applicable to our environmental and quality systems.
- Promoter of an HPT work culture.
