About the Role

Your Job
The Process Engineer is responsible for delivering and sustaining good quality connectors to achieve high productivity with zero defects. This position will be lead the maintaining, improvement, debug & new product issues, coordinating with transfer & design team. The leadership of projects on product transfers, adding capacity, new tooling/jig and qualification.

What You Will Do
Mass production assembly process efficiency & quality continual improvement by individuals and teams. 
Improving & maintaining KPI (POEE%, QAP, COPQ etc ). 
Lead in analyzing and identifying continuous improvement opportunities to increase efficiency, productivity, reduce scrap and maintain product quality. 
Deal with customer complaints / notification (QN) & internal quality notification (IQN) or any process related with MQA engineer and provide short & long-term terms correct action...
