Process Engineer

Job Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical, or related fields).

• With 1-2 years of relevant experience in process engineering within a manufacturing environment.

• Preferably with experience in Molding set-up, preparation, and management.

• Can handle technician and can make reports of any trouble encountered on daily basis.

• Basic knowledge of 7 QC tools, process mapping, and defect investigation techniques.

• Experience in a Japanese manufacturing company is preferred.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite and engineering software.

• Licensed engineer is an advantage.

• Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement methodologies.
