Process Engineer

Job Summary:

onsemi is currently seeking a hands-on Process Engineer for B2S Power Modules Department. This person will utilize innovative concepts and best-known methods to improve and develop processes and products.  The ideal candidate will also provide technical leadership, support, and training to internal operators and technicians. 

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supports and assesses existing processes and workflows.
• Designs and implements basic engineering projects: process development, process design.
• Troubleshoot process development issues and interacts with mechanical, electrical and software engineers to resolve issues and fix bugs.
• Assembles reports to document process status and changes.
• Develops and implements process improvements and optimization projects.
