PROCESS ENGINEER

Responsibilities

• 1. Responsible for day-to-day production and shift activities, monitoring and controlling of production to achieved good quality output and yield.
• 2. Carry out improvement activity for higher target, improve production yield with low rejects and troubleshoots and study the productions problems.
• 3. Identify all the rejects and prepared the corrective and preventive actions plan.
• 4. Take any necessary measurement to analyze and solve production problems and follow up on the issue that arises by production and quality dept. 5. Verification and authorization of the entire production controls documents to optimize process yield percentage.
• 6. Implementing Quality policy, 5S housekeeping, safety and goods environmental practices.
• 7. Assist to schedule on job training for Line Leader, Supervisor and Executive and educate them to meet the production yield and meet quality requirement. 8. To verify the reje...
