Process Engineer

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Performs risk analysis using Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA).
• Creates standard working procedures, work instructions, check sheets and quality control instructions.
• Plan validation protocols for equipment and process.
• Set test equipment parameters according to test method.
• Execute validation of new and existing processes in accordance with the validation protocol.
• Performs machine and equipment troubleshooting and apply methods to eliminate downtime.
• Determines standard time and actual time for each process for production improvement activities.
• Prepares purchase request for items needed for validation.
• Performs other jobs that maybe assigned by immediate superior from time to time.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of any Engineering course
• Preferably with working knowledge on the PLC Programming and Automation
