Process Engineer

This is a temporary Process Engineer position with a fixed-term contract.
You will design, implement, and optimize manufacturing processes to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.ResponsibilitiesConduct process analysis and identify areas for improvement within existing manufacturing operations.Use ECNs, BOMs, routing, and cost center documentation to define process requirements.Develop process documentation, workflows, standard operating procedures, and PFMEA diagrams.Identify tooling and fixtures needed for manufacturing processes.Oversee maintenance routines and develop new routines when needed.Implement TPM practices and monitor effectiveness.Utilize data‐analysis tools and methodologies to monitor process performance and recommend changes.Collaborate with engineering, quality, and production teams to align on process improvements.Oversee tooling validation of new processes and technologies to ensure production requirements are met.Lead cost‐savings initiatives and ...
