Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and implement new manufacturing processes and systems to improve efficiency, quality, and cost.
• Conduct process simulations, flow analysis, and root cause analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Optimize existing processes to increase throughput, reduce waste, and lower production costs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process issues, equipment malfunctions, and production bottlenecks.
• Analyze production data and performance metrics to identify trends and areas for process improvements.
• Lead root cause analysis and corrective action efforts for process-related problems.
