Responsibilities:
Oversee plating performance, conduct root cause analysis, investigate process failures and recommend appropriate solutions or corrective actions Work with cross-functional teams on process capability and yield improvement projects Coordinate troubleshooting of process issues and yield losses Drive for continuous process improvement and permanent solutions to resolve chronic process and quality issues. Develop best practices, routine and innovative solutions for continuous improvement Perform Statistical data analysis for process improvement and interpretation of data Apply problem solving methods and risk analysis (FMEA)
Education & Qualification:
Recognized degree in Engineering and Science, preferable chemical related. Computer literate and well versed with Microsoft applications.
