Job Title: Process Engineer (Plating Process)

Job Summary: Maintain and improve manufacturing processes to meet internal process quality and productivity performance requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee plating performance, conduct root cause analysis, investigate process failures and recommend appropriate solutions or corrective actions
• Work with cross‑functional teams on process capability and yield improvement projects
• Coordinate troubleshooting of process issues and yield losses
• Drive continuous process improvement and permanent solutions to resolve chronic process and quality issues
• Develop best practices, routine and innovative solutions for continuous improvement
• Perform statistical data analysis for process improvement and interpretation of data
• Apply problem‑solving methods and risk analysis (FMEA)
