Process Engineer

• Graduate of any BS Engineering Course
• With experience in Electronics/FPC manufacturing
• Well versed in Microsoft office applications
• Not a requirement but an advantage if has background on: (1) root cause analysis, (2) FMEA, (3) statistical analysis, and other Problem solving tools
• Willing to work on shifting schedule

Core Functions and Responsibilities:

• Process Optimization & Continuous Improvement: Analyzes production data (using SPC) to identify bottlenecks, reduce waste, and enhance efficiency in assembly lines like SMT (Surface Mount Technology).
• Troubleshooting & Quality Control: Acts quickly to diagnose and resolve equipment malfunctions or product defects, ensuring finished products meet strict quality specifications.
• Documentation & Standardization: Develops and maintains standard operating procedures (SOPs), process instructions, and safety documentation.
