ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Process Engineering & Manufacturing Excellence
Monitor & Optimize lens casting and curing process to improve productivity, yield and consistency.
Analyse manufacturing defects and implement corrective and preventive actions to reduce rejection levels.
Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to polymerisation, curing cycles, and process standardisation.
Support implementation of lean manufacturing and process improvement methodologies across production operations.
Ensure process parameters are monitored and controlled through statistical process control (SPC) techniques.
Collaborate with production teams to improve operational efficiency and process reliability
Research & Development
Develop and evaluate new resin formulations and optical monomers for enhanced lens performance.
Conduct laboratory trials, pilot batch studies, and validation activities for new product development.
