- Process Definition with the following deliverables: Layout, Line Balance, Cell/Line Design, Material Presentation, Tooling and Fixturing, Process Documentation, Training and FPY
- Business Unit and Functional KPI’s tracking and performance: Scrap, Operation Supplies, Change Over, Standard Hrs
- Cost Reduction Projects
- Lean / Operational System Implementation within Business Unit: Standard Work, SMED, Poke-Yoke
- Root Cause Analysis, Preventive and Corrective Actions Implementation
- Safety & Ergonomics: Responsible to lead (in conjunction with functional team) Job Safety Analysis evaluation to detect, correct or mitigate safety risks and exposures
