About the Role
Job Purpose
- Lead and manage the process engineering team.
- Drive efficiency, yield, and output improvements to reduce cost and improve productivity and profitability.
- Design, improve, and standardize manufacturing processes, including maintaining process documentation.
- Ensure all processes comply with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Take ownership of production and assembly efficiency, yield, and output performance.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Manufacturing/Materials/Chemical Engineering (or related) with proven process/manufacturing engineering experience.
- Leadership & Work Ethic: Strong leadership, communication, problem‑solving and analytical skills; proactive, independent team player with a can‑do attitude.
