About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Process Engineer to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence within a multinational manufacturing environment.
What you'll do:
Design, develop, and implement efficient manufacturing processes, including plant layouts, equipment selection, and performance analysis.
Enhance productivity by introducing, validating, and standardizing improved manufacturing procedures.
Optimize and upgrade existing equipment and processes to meet production, cost, and efficiency goals.
Lead process upgrades and new system implementations while ensuring full compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and best practices to ensure consistent and high-quality output.
Monitor key manufacturing KPIs to identify improvement opportunities and measure the impact of process enhancements.
Drive improvements in productivity, cycle time, yield, lead time, and overall manufacturing cost.
