About the Role
We're looking for an experienced Process Engineer to drive continuous improvement and operational excellence within a multinational manufacturing environment.
What you'll do:
- Design, develop, and implement efficient manufacturing processes, including plant layouts, equipment selection, and performance analysis.
- Enhance productivity by introducing, validating, and standardizing improved manufacturing procedures.
- Optimize and upgrade existing equipment and processes to meet production, cost, and efficiency goals.
- Lead process upgrades and new system implementations while ensuring full compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards.
- Develop and maintain SOPs, work instructions, and best practices to ensure consistent and high-quality output.
