Process Engineer

Main Responsibilities & Tasks:

· Establishes procedures and train and guide operations and personnel relating to specification restrictions, material processes, unusual fabrication methods, welding of critical joints of materials.

· Create, Evaluate, implement and monitor processes and operating systems for continuous improvement projects with standard time and measurement that will reduce cost, improve quality, throughput, and safety.

· Work with new product design and NPI for integration and transfer to the production floor

· Specify and assist in the purchase or upgrade of capital investments in equipment; research and purchase new manufacturing technology

· To lead lean project and hold in-house training on lean to staff.

· Create, edit and maintain necessary documentation
