Job Responsibilities
- Oversee & supervise plant operations, including process control and manpower management.
- Management of Environment Impact Assessment (EIA) requirements and its compliance.
- Review and analyze data from sampling, operational tests and technical data to improve and troubleshoot process for compliance with statutory laws and regulations.
- Coordinate with other departments/branches for plant maintenance and other activities as required from time to time.
- Prepare and compile weekly/monthly reports for the Regional Plant Manager.
- Process monitoring and fine-tuning for optimal performance.
- Contribute sound technical input and knowledge.
- In charge of R & D to develop products of value.
- Liaise with government agencies, suppliers and contractors.
