Job description
- Lead the implementation and commissioning of new production processes.
- Optimize existing processes to improve safety, quality, productivity and cost.
- Analyze Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) data and drive OEE improvements.
- Ensure compliance with quality standards and support audits and CAPA activities.
- Drive troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives in collaboration with production teams
- Maintain process documentation and provide training to production teams.
