About the Role
- Ensuring plants operated in compliance with design parameters and process safety
- Monitor and report plant unit consumption and process KPI
- Provides corrective actions (RCA) for process abnormality / alarm / troubleshooting
- Provide technical training to Production for better process understanding and upgrading their work standard
- Perform plant commissioning, trial runs, startup and shutdown
- During turnaround, coordinate, plan and organize mechanical, instrument and electrical work requirement with Production team
- Responsible for plant improvement, process troubleshooting
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree in Chemical Engineering from reputable university with 2nd class upper and above
- 2-3 years working experiences in manufacturing industry preferably chemical, oleochemical or petrochemical
- Able to perform heat and mass balance and pressure loss calculation
