Job Responsibilities
- Skilled in planning and executing preventive maintenance to minimize equipment downtime.
- Proactive in identifying improvement areas and implementing continuous improvement projects on jigs, machine, process and procedures.
Job Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Electronics, Mechanical or Mechatronics engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in the PCB manufacturing environment is compulsory.
- Had experience in lead a team and organize subordinates are an advantage.
- Experienced in preparing, reviewing and verifying various reports as required.
- Knowledgeable in problem solving, root cause analysis & diagnosing faults.
- Possess good knowledge of production processes and implement relevant activities to enhance work efficiency and optimize productivity.
