About the Role
The Process Engineer is responsible for analyzing, developing, and optimizing manufacturing processes to improve productivity, quality, safety, and cost efficiency. Working closely with the Manufacturing Manager and cross-functional teams, this role identifies inefficiencies, implements process improvements, and ensures smooth integration of new technologies, equipment, and procedures.
Duties:
Including but not limited to:Analyze current production procedures, workflows, and standards to identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
Optimize processes to reduce costs, minimize waste, improve quality, and increase productivity while maintaining safety and compliance.
Spend time on the production floor evaluating employee and machinery workflows for continuous improvement opportunities.
Provide technical support and troubleshooting expertise to resolve process-related issues.
