About the Role
Process EngineerDevelop and industrialize new and improved manufacturing processes to support product needs and industrial performance improvement. Provide technical expertise to plants to ensure processes are well mastered, stable, and continuously improved. Develop process skills and HQRI (People, Methods, Machines, Materials, including change management) of stakeholders involved in the process. Anticipate and support product and technology developments to ensure manufacturing readiness. Processes are industrialized on time in line with the HQRi approach (a structured framework ensuring robust processes across people, methods, machines, and materials, supported by effective change management).
