Tech – Supply Chain manages all IT infrastructure and end-user equipment deployed across Amazon's network globally. The team is responsible for providing end-to-end solutions that include lifecycle management, change control, capital/demand planning, material management, Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), and liquidation.

The Process Engineering team converts network strategies and operational standards into executable engineering solutions that power device fulfillment, value-added services, and reverse logistics across the RAD network.
