About the Role
Functieomschrijving
Als Process Engineer ben je verantwoordelijk voor het begeleiden en implementeren van technologische wijzigingen binnen een steriele productieomgeving. De focus ligt op het managen van wijzigingen rondom Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API's) binnen bestaande productieprocessen.
Je leidt root cause investigations bij productie- of kwaliteitsissues, definieert en implementeert CAPA's en stuurt cross-functionele projecten aan. Daarnaast werk je aan technology transfers, procesoptimalisaties en continuous improvement trajecten.
Je schakelt met interne stakeholders, leveranciers, contract manufacturers en externe laboratoria binnen Europa. Dit is een rol met zelfstandigheid, verantwoordelijkheid en inhoudelijke diepgang.
