Overview Of The Position

A Process Engineer focuses on optimizing and improving manufacturing and industrial processes to enhance efficiency, productivity, and safety.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead daily overall engineering department activities.
• Report all engineering‑related KPI(s) and other management‑assigned KPI(s) weekly and monthly to the departmental HOD and corporate.
• Support Manufacturing Engineers in preparing documentation.
• Improve process documents.
• Prepare process equipment for mass production and provide technical support to Production for process improvement.
• Buy‑off documentation, including customer information and internal documents, before mass production.
• Set up machines and troubleshoot issues.
• Prepare process flow charts, Failure Mode and Effect Analysis (FMEA), and general standards.
