We’re looking for a hands-on problem solver to join our engineering team in Fresnillo
Improve production flows and systems.
Your responsibilities
- Support manufacturing process development and optimization
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement solutions
- Improve scrap rate, efficiency, and product quality
- Create and maintain PFMEAs, control plans, and validation protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on technical support
Your profile
- Degree in Engineering or technical equivalent
- 2–4 years' experience in process engineering in a manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
- Experience with quality core tools and validation practices
- Fluent in English; collaborative, team-oriented mindset
