About the Role
Key Responsibilities
- Data Engineering: Discover, extract, transform, and load (ETL) process data from source systems (e.g., ERP, CRM).
- Algorithm & Model Development: Design and implement algorithms to map process flows, identify bottlenecks, and uncover deviations.
- Dashboard & Visualization: Create user-friendly dashboards to communicate insights to stakeholders.
- Data Quality & Validation: Ensure the accuracy and reliability of process data and models.
- Automation Support: Identify opportunities for automation (RPA) and contribute to automation initiatives.
Essential Skills & Tools
- Technical Skills: Python, SQL, Azure DevOps, Machine Learning, Data Modeling.
- Process Knowledge: Understanding of Business Process Management (BPM) frameworks.
- Tools: Proficiency with process mining software (e.g., Celonis, UiPath).
