Qualifications
- Develop and industrialize discrete wire manufacturing processes for electric motor production.
- Conduct process investigations, validations and capability studies.
- Define process specifications and technical requirements for equipment suppliers.
- Develop process key data and support machine specifications.
- Analyze and resolve manufacturing issues during series production.
- Drive continuous improvement and process standardization activities.
- Support process qualification and release activities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related disciplines.
- 5+ years of experience in process development or manufacturing engineering.
- Hands-on experience with winding, wire forming or motor manufacturing processes.
- Knowledge of DOE, statistical analysis and process capability studies...
