Own process development from concept → pilot → PPAP/FAI → ramp → stabilization.Author and maintain PFMEA, Control Plans, Process Flow, and Work Instructions (SOPs, JIS).Define process parameters, CTQs, and capability targets (Cp/Cpk) for critical operations.Lead DOE, MSA (GR&R), and capability studies; interpret results and permanently integrate controls.Design and validate tooling, jigs, fixtures, nests, locator pins, end-effectors, and gauging for machining, assembly, forming, or test operations.Specify materials, tolerances, datum schemes, and GD&T; ensure ergonomics and safety compliance.
