Requirements
Education: Industrial Engineering, Automotive Engineering or similar
Core Tools: APQP, AMEF, PPAP
Advanced English proficiency
Minimum of 2 years of experience
Your tasks
Define and standardize process parameters to ensure objectives and customer requirements are met.
Develop production methods, design and propose more efficient manufacturing methods and processes, including optimizing workflows, cycle times, and resource utilization.
Review, generate, and update standard operating documents (FMEA, process sheets, work instructions) and all engineering documentation related to the online process.
Generate capacity and standardized work sheets.
Perform line balancing according to customer requirements.
Project management: coordinating process improvement projects from planning to implementation, ensuring deadlines and budget are met.
