职位概要：Job Summary

负责产品装配、调试、包装工艺及标准作业指导书（SOP）的编制；

负责装配、调试、包装用工装夹具设计及工具（设备）的选用；

制定并核准装配、调试工序标准工时；

负责装配工艺流程和装配线布局的改善、提高装配质量和效率；

通过设定合理的装配工艺及设备、工装确保装配过程中的质量管控，对于装配质量异常进行分析及制定改善方案；

负责指导、跟踪和解决产品装配过程出现的工艺技术问题，从工艺角度对产品设计提出优化建议；

负责产品发货包装和装箱方案的设计；

完成领导安排的其他临时工作。
