Process Engineer

Our client, a precision metals manufacturer, has an immediate need for an experienced Process Engineer , to join their winning team in York.

Our candidate of choice will be responsible for supporting plant projects and activities, driving improvement to processes within the entire plant and serve as a subject expert on local and corporate databases and ERP systems along with supporting LEAN initiatives for entire facility, including Continuous Improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinates with Operations Manager, Production Manager, and Quality Administrators for Continuous Improvement Activities. Engineer, Requisition and /or manufacture materials, parts, or supplies to support new or improvements to operational processes, equipment, or tooling.
• Maintain accurate plant layout in Auto CAD
• Maintain accurate documentation control in local and corporate databases, including QMS documentation control, ...
