Process Engineer

-Monitor, check and approves the daily activities of production workers, line leaders, team leaders and technician job.

-Check and recommend safety measures needed in assigned production lines.

-Responsible in maintaining and improving the quality of products by means of providing work instructions such as Product Inspection Process, Manufacturing

-Instruction, Engineering Memo and also doing KAIZEN activities such as modifying and innovating new jigs, die and machine including competent parts.

-Prepare, revise and update all product inspection process, forms, memos, engineering plan, etc. needed in the production of each product.

-Shall prepare request for exceptional acceptance or rejection slip for those items that do not satisfy specifications.

-Responsible in analyzing, planning and recommending cost reduction measure by improving process to increase productivity with high efficiency and quality. Such as proposing manpower reduction, space...
