Job Description  
Your Responsibilities   
15%, Is a steward for safety and Environment Protection and actively participates in EHS programs. Acts as the Plant’s Pollution Control Officer 
10%, Supports Quality and Food Safety Management programs. 
20%, Identifies and leads continuous improvement projects in support of plant goals for safety, quality, throughput, cost and reliability. 
10%, Collaborates with colleagues and provides feedback, mentorship, and support to operators and shift supervisors to achieve short and long-term plant objectives through the use of KPI’s and continuous improvement principles. 
15%, Develops and manages process improvement and six sigma projects including the identification of contractors, , management of change (MOC), equipment installation, budget tracking, training, and start-up.
