Process Engineer

General Objectives of the Job

Under the supervision of the Production Section Manager, the Process Engineer controls and monitors production processes, supervises the activities of the production staff (Foreman, Process Operator/Technician, workers), and ensures they perform their work efficiently. This includes implementing the correct usage of raw materials, utilities, production supplies, and man-hours spent, along with the strict enforcement of safety rules and regulations.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Production Monitoring: Checks equipment status and monitors production processes to ensure procedures and instructions are strictly followed. Reports any abnormalities to the Production Section Manager. Monitors and operates production processes of his section.
• Supervision & Efficiency: Supervises production work to ensure efficient completion of scheduled production and that subordinates perform their work safely and efficiently.
