Job Summary The Process Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, validating, optimizing, and controlling operational processes with the goal of improving efficiency, quality, safety, and cost, while ensuring compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
This role involves data analysis, tooling integration, and leading continuous improvement activities using Lean methodologies (SMED, TPM), as well as mentoring and coordinating tool shop and maintenance operators.
