Process Engineer (Alianza Social)

Role Purpose
Ensure process control and stability by improving existing manufacturing processes and capabilities, participating in new processes for the manufacture of new products, and leading manufacturing improvement initiatives, including variability reduction, defect reduction, and process control improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Evaluate process cost, quality, and capability alternatives.
Institute continuous improvements to existing manufacturing operations through process automation and semi-automation.
Select equipment (design, development, installation, start‐up and acceptance of pilot and pre‐production runs).
Develop and update manufacturing process documentation (MPIs, VAs).
Facilitate alignment between manufacturing, development, and upstream process experts.
Interface with suppliers to deliver solutions on‐budget and within technical scope.
Apply engineering principles and methods to resolve challenges.
