About the Role
Overview
Ensuring proper inventory and availability of Consumable as per the PepsiCo standards. Coordinating with Production /Packaging team & Engineering departments (Area incharge) for maintaining optimum inventory and availability of chemicals and consumables in the Factory. Ensuring timely stock taking, reconciliation, Internal and External audit of spare parts and stock management to ensure zero/ inventory mismatch. Ensure daily physical stock take and availability of HSD/ LPG at site and place indents for HSD and LPG to OMC (Oil and Gas Marketing Companies). Drive Value engineering with coordination of internal and myBUY team. Ensure storage related statutory compliances Drive Store KC (Key controls) is related to I2C and FA. Yearly Exercise on Fast moving , Slow moving , Non moving , Insurance and Obsolete spares .
