Develop and own the framework for process documentation ensuring consistency and quality. 
Engage with stakeholders across IT and business teams to map and analyse current-state processes. 
Identify and propose opportunities for process improvement, automation, and AI integration. 
Oversee the creation and maintenance of process documentation using tools like Visio, ensuring it remains relevant and actionable.
