You are a skilled and motivated Process Development Technician with a strong background in clinical chemistry and biochemistry assays. You will play a key role in developing, optimizing, and integrating assays into automated diagnostic platforms. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge biotechnology innovations within a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do:
Reagent Formulation: Develop, optimize, and characterize clinical chemistry assays with emphasis on reagent stability, shelf life, and lot-to-lot consistency, evaluating formulation components such as buffers, surfactants, enzymes, and excipients to enhance assay robustness and performance.
