Are you excited by thin-film technology and hands-on process development? At Beneq, a global leader in Atomic Layer Deposition (ALD), we're looking for a Process Development Engineer to join our Semiconductor Business Unit and help shape the next generation of ALD solutions.
In this role, you'll work at the heart of ALD process development - planning, testing, optimizing, and validating thermal and plasma ALD processes for high-performance semiconductor applications worldwide. You'll gain hands-on cleanroom experience, turn data into insight, and collaborate closely with experts across engineering and product teams to drive performance, scalability, and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, develop, test, and optimize ALD processes in line with business needs and technology roadmaps
Perform process validation, data analysis, and documentation of results and best practices
