Summary

The Process Development & Automation Manager will be responsible for the Developmentand Improvement of automated high precision processes and equipment. He/ she willbe responsible to build and sustain highly skilled and competent teams looking after newprocess, equipment & tool development and the continuous improvement. He/shewill maximize the OEE through analysis, problem solving and innovation both technicallyand strategically. He/ she will strategize and realize improvement plans through strongliaison between stakeholders.
