Education: Textile Graduate - preferred
Experience: 2-3 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Monitoring exhaust dyeing processes and ensuring utility availability (HT-Soft Flow machines)
Implement SOPs from fabric loading to unloading
Coordinate with maintenance and production to minimize downtime
Support seniors in shade matching and batch-to-batch consistency
Coordinate with dyeing operators and shift Incharges
Maintain process checklists and record on computer
Report deviations immediately
