Process & Continuous Improvement Analyst

Responsible for mapping, standardizing, and optimizing company processes, acting in continuous improvement, operational efficiency, and process governance, with direct interaction with business areas.

Key Responsibilities

• Map, document, and analyze current processes (AS IS), identifying bottlenecks, risks, and improvement opportunities.
• Design and document future-state processes (TO BE), ensuring standardization, efficiency, and scalability.
• Propose and implement continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, and cost reduction.
• Define, monitor, and analyze process performance indicators (KPIs).
• Track post-implementation results to ensure the sustainability of improvements.
• Create, review, and maintain process documentation, policies, and procedures.
• Plan and execute internal process audits, recording nonconformities and following up on action plans.
