About the Role
Position: Customer Support Executive – Night Shift (Inbound Voice)
Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹19,000 per month
Additional Benefits: Travel Allowance, Subsidized Meals, Free Cab Drop, Attendance Bonus ₹1,000/month, Annual Bonus up to ₹15,000, PF & ESI coverage
Location: Salt Lake, Sector V, Kolkata (On-site)
Shift & Schedule:
Night Shift (Aligned with U.S. Time Zones)
Monday to Friday
Fixed Weekends Off (Saturday & Sunday)
Role Overview:
Handle inbound voice calls for U.S. Healthcare customers – no sales, no targets.
Resolve queries efficiently and professionally.
Provide empathetic, clear, and accurate customer support.
Requirements:
Strong English communication skills (verbal and written); neutral or U.S.-friendly accent preferred.
Minimum 12th pass; Graduation or Diploma is a plus.
Comfortable working night shifts.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
